When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. It will disappear after the first wash.

What is your printing technique?
All our apparel products are printed using a super high tech digital print technique called Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. Every shirt and mug that leaves our facility is quality checked before being shipped to customers.
How do I request a custom design?
Please send us a message with the chat button on the right bottom on your screen or send us an email and let us know what exactly you have in mind. We are happy to help you with your idea.
How should I wash my shirts/hoodie/sweatshirt?
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
- Do not dry clean.
